Who is Stephen Oliver?

Stephen Oliver is the founder of Mile High Karate, a large martial arts chain that was founded in 1983. He is also the new CEO of NAPMA - the National Association of Professional Martial Artists which is a business and marketing association originally founded by John Graden.

Considered by many martial arts school owners to be a marketing guru, he is a sought after martial arts marketing and business consultant having established over 8 martial arts franchise schools.

He is also the developer of the monthly NAPMA Maximum Impact Program and the director of one of the industry’s leading coaching programs for martial arts school owners.

Stephen Oliver’s Martial Arts Training

Stephen Oliver started his martial arts training in 1969 with Jhoon Rhee at the Jhoon Rhee Institute branch in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is now an 8th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a current student of former world light heavyweight kickboxing champion Jeff Smith.

Stephen Oliver’s Education

Stephen Oliver holds a masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, and a bachelors degree in International Economics from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
