So far things have been pretty smooth and so I can't complain too much. We did all of the work ourselves and had students with trade skills so that made things go pretty smoothly. Seems much smoother than what I went through with my new school this past summer. I wish you the best of luck with the the build-out. I had the hardest time working with the city in getting a permit, than being the contractor and hiring different trade workers... that wasn't fun, especially if something went wrong. I can't complain now, as I'm nearing 40 students and I've only been open since August 23rd. But it looks like that you've got everything under control here! Looks good.
