Q. Do you do any consulting?

I do marketing consulting on a paid basis when it requires a lot more than what I can fit into a blog post or you need a lot of help. It just depends on the project (and the budget). A. While I enjoy a good conversation with martial arts school owners, I unfortunately don’t have the time to do this with everyone. I suggest you click around my website, do a search, or visit the archive page to get caught up on all the free content on this site. If you have a question, follow the instructions above. Q. Do you currently run a martial arts school?

A. Yes, and it’s not a McDojo. I run an adults only school that has a waiting list to get in.

Q. Why should I listen to you about marketing?

A. No one said you had to listen to me. If you don’t like what you read, then stop now. I’m just a guy with some marketing experience and computer who likes blogging. Take it or leave it. You can learn more about me here.

Q. Where do you come up with the ideas for your blog posts?

A. I leverage my  13 years of marketing related experience working for marketing firms and advertising agencies and running a martial arts school for 10+ years. The things I share on this website are the same things I recommend and do for my multi-million dollar clients as well as my own martial arts school.

I try and cover things that aren’t being covered in the martial arts industry magazines. I have found there to be a lack of detail when it comes to many of the publications and forums out there. So, I decided to do something about it.
