My wife and I use the same locally-owned bank for our club's business account as we do for our own personal accounts.  We recently received a letter from our bank stating that they offer a sub-site on their website called "Local Links" where business' that hold accounts with them can post e-coupons on their website.  I just created our first e-coupon (we can have up to 5 at any given time) but it will not be available to view for 3-4 business days.


As soon as I get any kind of feedback, good or bad, I'll let you know how it works out.
